Flashings
This picture shows a typical wall flashing but can you see it?
A Permadeck flashing is a separate L-shaped profile resin bonded into a diamond cut slot in the adjoining wall.  These flashings are far more effective and durable than the old lead type.
Tile and slate flashings can be fitted without disturbance by using a 'tile trim' which slides up to the first row of nails or the first tile batten.
Flues are easily moulded
Water tanks encapsulated
Powered vents made watertight
Pipes, soil vents and domes completely sealed
